We serviced our first building in 2010 and for over ten years we’ve delivered premium body corporate cleaning and facility services across Melbourne.

We’ve built a reputation based on quality and attention to detail. We’ve seen repeatedly the transformations a professional service can make on an area and how this positively affects the people who congregate within it.

We specialise in strata and body corporate cleaning services from every day cleaning tasks to more specialised services such as carpet steam cleaning, high pressure cleaning and more.

Our gardening team comprises experienced and qualified gardeners who hold a wealth of knowledge relating to plant care and seasonality.

We take a sustainable approach to our suite of cleaning solutions by using environmentally friendly products and materials.

  • Our cleaning liquids break down easily once disposed of, which is good for the environment and our waterways.
  • Our products are formulated to be incorporated into the water at very low concentration levels and are PH neutral and are therefore environmentally safe and harmless to come in contact with.
  • All regulated components of our products are non-corrosive and have undergone rigorous testing for human safety, biodegradability, and aquatic safety.
  • We dispose of globes, batteries and other items through responsible recycling programs.
